Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
Customers are advised to double-check all order details before finalizing their purchase.
EXCHANGE:
Exchange option is available for SIZES only of the same product (subject to product availability).
If we do not receive a response to follow-up emails regarding the exchange within 48 hours, the exchange request will be CANCELLED.
We will only dispatch the exchanged product once we receive the initial product package back in the warehouse and the quality check is done. This usually takes 10-14 days for the entire process to take place.
Products purchased are applicable for exchange only once.
We do not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our exchange requirements.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
Steps for exchange:
For exchange please mail info.houseofmivori@gmail.com with your original order number along with reason and details of exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number'
Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organised by you - the customer.
Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.
The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
